There are many different amenities at Heritage  Key Villas:
A large clubhouse with a fitness room, game room, theatre room.  There is a large heated resort size pool, hot tub, playground, sand volley ball and a grill area for owners or their tenants or guests to enjoy.

Homeowner association dues are currently $234 per month, this includes the amenities, garbage, the maintenance on the outside of building such as painting, and roof, security, insurance for the outside of the structure.
